Appointment Policy

Aura Aesthetics Lounge values your time and ask that you respect the time of our service providers and other guests. Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will gladly review the concern and, if appropriate, schedule a complimentary correction. Refunds are not provided for services rendered. Late Arrival Policy To ensure all appointments run smoothly:    

 •    For services lasting 1 hour or longer, we allow a 15-minute grace period.     •    For services lasting less than 1 hour, we allow a 5-minute grace period. If you arrive after the allotted grace period, your appointment may need to be rescheduled to avoid disrupting other scheduled clients. Cancellation Policy We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $20 cancellation fee, which will be added to your next appointment. This fee goes directly to your service provider to help compensate for the reserved appointment time. Please consult with your nail technician prior to your service for nail art pricing and availability.
